Q: Are your bumpers OEM OR AFTERMARKET?
A: We have AFTERMARKET QUALITY and as well as CAPA Certified parts. We do not sell low quality parts all parts are guaranteed to fit and if not exceed OEM standards.
*UPDATE* WE DO SELL OEM PARTS FOR ALL VEHICLE MAKE AND MODELS, JUST GIVE US THE VEHICLE MAKE AND MODEL AND EXACTLY WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR. PLEASE NOTE: Some Parts may need to be shipped via mail and will require PAYPAL payment.

Q: Do you take trades?
A: No cash or paypal only.

Q: How much do you guys charge for shipping?
A: Shipping is free for local deliveries only, any order that is to be shipped out of the state of NEW YORK will require a shipping & handling fee.

Q: How long does Shipping take?
A: If ordered on time, Same day or next day (local). If not on site (out of state or not carried at our facilities), may take 4-5 business days to get to you.

Q: Can i track my order?

Q: Any warranty on each item?
A: Auto body parts 30 days, all other parts are 90 days. *Some parts have 1-3yr warranty*

A: Simply inquire with us, If we carry it its yours, Deposit are required on our behalf so that were sure your serious.

Shipping/Return

Delivery: Most of our products are delivered to the five boroughs, New Jersey, And Connecticut C.O.D 

All other products and or other car parts which we do not have on site will be delivered via mail to your Confirmed address. We do require a PAYPAL payment. 

Online Payment

Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to process your order.

Shipping of your package takes approximately 4 to 8 business days, anywhere in the world.

Our packages will be shipped to the shipping address on the order invoice you provided to us. Please be certain to enter the correct address. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes made due to incorrect shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.

RETURN POLICY 

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

All shipment charges within or after 30 days to bumpersexpress will be borne solely by the purchaser and an additional USD 30.00 will be deducted from the refund credited in for of original payment method or merchandise credit.

If item returned has been damaged by purchaser and is not a mechanical default due to our assembly line (which would be under warranty), repair charges will be quoted and deducted accordingly.

We will not accept any returned merchandise without the original box and tags.

Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the parts and the security tags are still attached. The merchandise must not have been mounted or damaged in any way.

We request 48 hours to process all orders.  In order to keep our business model simple and prevent error, we offer  standard shipping to all customers.  Your purchase will arrive after 5-7 business days (Saturdays and Sunday do not count as business days). You will receive your tracking typically after 48 hours of your purchase via email. If there is a problem with your order we will email you accordingly as well
